The Asaro Family has been harvesting and crushing olives in the Valle del Belice, Sicily since 1916. The Mediterranean Olive mix is a selection of the best sicilian olives. Our olives are hand-picked, processed the same day within four hours of being picked, and preserved with natural sea salt from Trapani, Sicily. The olives are different in size, naturally and have a mild-buttery flavor. They are great for snacking and pair well with cheese and antipasto.
