Created in 1916 by Tommaso Asaro (2nd generation), our very first brand is named after the city of Partanna where the Asaro family lives. Soon after in the 1920s, the production of Partanna Extra Virgin Olive Oil began. This extra virgin olive oil went on to become the very first Asaro family oil to be sold in the United States. The iconic tin has never changed, just like our family and our customers!
Our go-to everyday oil! A monovarietal oil only made with 100% Nocellara del Belice olives from the province of Trapani in Sicily. We freshly cold press our olives within hours of picking to obtain our premium extra virgin olive oil. It’s bottled immediately after the harvest in mid-October in a dark tin to keep it fresh longer.
