The Almond pastries are the most known Sicilian gluten and dairy-free sweets.

They are super soft and tasty, made, as per Sicilian tradition, only with almond flour.

A classic pastry originating in Sicily with a soft center and crispy edges, “a must” of the Sicilian culinary tradition.

Perfect after any meal as a dessert with a glass of Marsala, the typical Sicilian sweet wine, and the best companion during tea or coffee time!

Ingredients:

almond flour, sugar, egg albumen, honey, orange zest (no preservatives!)

Storage & Care:

Store in a sealed jar or in a metal tin at room temperature in a cool and dry place. The cookies maintain their ideal softness for 2/3 weeks, they may become a little dryer after that but they still taste great. Don’t forget that we do not use preservatives in our cookies!
