The sauce is cooked slowly with a sauté of onions, carrots, celery and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. To this preparation are added the pulp, tomato puree with seasonal vegetables – zucchini, eggplant, peppers and parsley. Bio Orto Organic Tomato Sauce with Vegetables is a ready-to-use product and is without preservatives and added sugars.
