Corallini pasta recalls the processing of coral, short, circular cut and with a perforated section.
The format enhances the flavor of soups and vegetable purées thanks to the small hole that fills with the flavors of the seasoning and represents a refined alternative when choosing pasta.
How to prepare and store
The initial dose of Corallini is 2 tablespoons (approximately 20 grams).
Corallini requires cooking for approximately 4 minutes, depending on the density and consistency preferred by the child.
Depending on the type of porridge desired. Can be cooked in: water, vegetable broth or meat broth.
Store the product in a dry place and close carefully after use.
Terre di Entella’s pasta is bronze drawn to enhance its roughness and porosity in order to better absorb any type of seasoning and is dried slowly so as not to alter the molecular structure of the starches. In this way, authenticity, colour, aroma, flavor and consistency are enhanced.
