They are the most known Sicilian gluten and dairy-free sweets, super soft and tasty, made, as per Sicilian tradition, only with almond and pistachio flours.
A classic pastry originating in Sicily with a soft center and crispy edges, “a must” of the Sicilian culinary tradition.

Ingredients:
Almond flour, pistachio flour, sugar, egg white, honey
Storage & Care:
Store in a sealed jar or in a metal tin at room temperature in a cool and dry place. The pastries maintain their ideal softness for 2/3 weeks, they may become a little dryer after that but they still taste great. Don’t forget that we do not use preservatives in our sweets!
