Penne Rigate by Terre di Entella is a classic ridged pasta crafted from certified organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina of the ancient Perciasacchi variety, one of Sicily’s most prized heritage grains, stone-milled in Sicily. Bronze-drawn for a rough, porous surface that grips every sauce, and slow-dried to preserve the natural colour, aroma, and depth of flavour of the grain. The ridged surface and hollow centre make it ideal for capturing thick, hearty sauces.
