Fili d’Oro by Terre di Entella is a delicate short spaghetti, also known as angel threads, crafted from certified organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina, stone-milled in Sicily. Bronze-drawn for a rough, porous surface that absorbs broths and sauces beautifully, and slow-dried to preserve the natural colour, aroma, and flavour of the grain. Softer and more delicate than standard pasta, its gentle texture encourages chewing and makes it ideal for babies from 6 months, while remaining a refined and tasty option for the whole family.
