Baroncini is a premium Sicilian extra virgin olive oil made from a blend of Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olives. Cold-pressed within hours of harvest in early October, it delivers a fresh, vibrant profile with exceptional quality and depth. The result is a balanced oil with rich character and a smooth yet expressive finish.

VARIETY
A blend of 100% Sicilian Nocellara del Belice (Castelvetrano) and Cerasuola olives. The Nocellara brings a buttery, fresh profile with notes of tomato leaf and bitter almond, while Cerasuola adds structure with herbaceous, spicy, and slightly bitter nuances.

Perfect as a versatile everyday olive oil for both cooking and finishing. Ideal for sautéing, roasting, and grilling, as well as drizzling over salads, vegetables, pasta, and meats. Its balance of smoothness and intensity also makes it excellent as a finishing oil to enhance dishes without overpowering them.
NUTRITIONAL VALUES
This extra virgin olive oil is naturally rich in healthy fats and provides 120 kcal per tablespoon (15 ml). It contains 14g of fat, including 11g of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and 1g of polyunsaturated fats. It is free from carbohydrates, sugars, protein, fiber, and sodium.
