HOW TO USE
Use it for Risotto alla Milanese, paella, chicken & fish marinades, white & brown rice, bouillabaisse, pasta with saffron & seafood, pastry & desserts, saffron-infused butter sauces.
– Infusion method: place stigmas in a cup with a little hot water, cover and leave to infuse for 30–50 minutes until the water turns a deep, intense yellow. Pour everything into your recipe, pistils included,preferably at the end of cooking to preserve the aroma. The infusion can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
– Quick method: grind saffron in a mortar or small grinder, dissolve ½ tsp in 3 tbsp of hot water and add directly to your dish.
– Recommended dose: approximately 0.30g for a risotto serving 6–8 people.
