Reginette by Terre di Entella, also known as Mafalde or Mafaldine, are long, flat pasta ribbons with beautifully ruffled edges, crafted from certified organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina. Bronze-drawn for a naturally rough surface that grips even the richest sauces, and slow-dried to preserve the full nutritional profile, aroma, and depth of flavour of the grain.
