Penne Rigate are widespread throughout Italy and are part of the family of long flat section pastas. They are especially excellent in preparations based on wild meat and game sauces. They are also recommended in recipes based on tomato sauce and cheese and with creamy sauces that are well distributed over the entire surface of the pasta.

Penne with swordfish and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients for 2 people:
160 g of Sicilian organic durum wheat penne rigate, ancient variety Perciasacchi
150 g of fresh swordfish
7-8 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
fresh parsley to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste
