Fili d’oro pasta is artisan pasta made from Sicilian organic durum wheat semolina, milled in Sicily, bronze drawn, slow drying.
Fili d’oro or broken spaghetti which has a delicate texture. It is not just cut spaghetti but a tasty format that satisfies the palates of children and adults.
Also called angel threads, they are ideal for the first teeth thanks to the softness of the grain which encourages him to chew. Ideal from 6 months.

Terre di Entela’s pasta is bronze drawn to enhance its roughness and porosity in order to better absorb any type of seasoning and is dried slowly so as not to alter the molecular structure of the starches. In this way, authenticity, colour, aroma, flavor and consistency are enhanced.
