Pappardelle by Terre di Entella is a wide, flat long pasta crafted from certified organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina of the ancient Perciasacchi variety, one of Sicily’s most treasured heritage grains, stone-milled in Sicily. Bronze-drawn for a rough, porous surface that holds even the richest, most robust sauces, and slow-dried to preserve the natural colour, aroma, and depth of flavour of the grain.
